Modular units are built under more controlled conditions, often indoors, which facilities the curing and drying times for adhesives, paint and stains, etc. Greater efficiency is realized through utilization of a consistent labour force in a production line environment.

The Bold modular construction site is among the closest locations to Fort McMurray of all modular builders. The units are completed only to the drywall stage at the fabrication and assembly site. That means that all indoor finishing will occur once the unit has been placed on its permanent location.
